Each time someone opens your data, we record who, what and when.
When you remove a data source, Grip stops reading it within two working days.
If your data is ever breached, we tell you within 72 hours.
When our work ends, we return or delete your data within 30 days, as you choose.
When your files hold personal data, we handle it under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where it applies. The terms for your data are in your written agreement with us.
