Perspace Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with registered number 40530. We are based in ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We decide how the personal data described on this page is used.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking. It has no forms.
The buttons that say “Discuss your business” open your own email app. Nothing reaches us until you press send there.
To show our typefaces, your browser loads them from Fontshare. Some pages also load an animation library from jsDelivr. Like any web request, these services receive your IP address and browser details so they can send the files. We do not receive that data from them.
The company that hosts this site keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and time, to run and protect it.
We receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it to reply, to discuss working together, and to keep a record of that conversation.
We use it because we have a legitimate interest in answering you, or because you asked us to take steps before a contract. We never sell it.
Our email runs on Google Workspace, so Google processes the messages for us under its own data protection terms. Google may store them outside the United Arab Emirates.
We keep an email for as long as we need it for the conversation and our records, and no longer than the law allows.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere.

As a company registered in ADGM, we follow the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies to you, we follow it as well.
The data a client shares with us to run its Grip is covered by that client's written agreement. How we treat it is on AI and data.
