Security

Security, and how to reach us.

How we protect client data today, and what to do if you find a weakness.

Client data

Each client's data is sealed with AES-GCM encryption and opens only with that client's key.

Each client's data is kept in its own private store, separate from every other client.

Access is by role. The client adds and removes its own people.

Nothing sends by itself

No AI agent and no automated job sends email for us. A person presses send.

Breaches

If client data is ever breached, we tell the client within 72 hours.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It has no login, no forms and no database, and it sets no cookies.

Report a weakness

If you think you have found a security weakness in this site or in Grip, email hello@perspace.ai with “Security” in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it.

Please give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it publicly. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the service.

The same contact is published for security tools at perspace.ai/.well-known/security.txt.
